Booking Conditions

• A Villalta é sempre alugada na sua totalidade, com uso exclusivo de toda a propriedade.
• The maximum capacity of the reservation is 11 guests (8 adults + 3 children).
• Number of beds:
  • 4 suites with a double bed + 1 bunk bed (with 2 single beds 90x200) + a cave bed.

Services

• Private swimming pool.
• Games Room.
• Barbecue grill and outdoor dining area.
• Possibility of organizing gastronomy (breakfast, premium basket, pre-stocking, private chef), Douro experiences (wine tastings, boat trips, itineraries), comfort (transfer, extra cleaning, change of clothes, early check-in, late check-out) and well-being (babysitting, special decoration, concierge) upon prior request and at an additional cost.

Payment

• Payment method: To be defined in the Talkguest Channel Manager payment gateway.
• Security deposit: A security deposit/guarantee may be requested (the amount will be communicated at the time of booking or before arrival), with a mandatory deposit of €1,000 for New Year's Eve.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in (100% deposit refund). After 30 days, a 30% deposit retention fee will be applied. For cancellations made within the last 14 days before check-in, the total reservation amount will be retained.
• To cancel, the guest must contact us through the official contact channels configured directly with Talkguest.

Schedules

• Check-in: from 4 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Flexibility is possible (early check-in or late check-out) subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

Parking

• Outdoor parking available.
• EV charger for 1 vehicle available.

Damage Caused or Missing Items

• The respective cost of repair, replacement or replenishment applies depending on the damage caused or missing items during the stay, and the corresponding amount may be retained in whole or in part from the security deposit.

Smokers

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
