You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for the use of your Account, and you must immediately notify Estilo Colossal of any unauthorized use.<\/li>\n<li>The User is responsible for any damage caused through the misuse of the Site or their Account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3 \u2013 Rights and obligations of Estilo Colossal<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Modify, add to, or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>To modify or terminate the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>Remove user accounts whose content violates rights or is illegal.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support via email to registered users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4 \u2013 Intellectual property and personality rights<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All content on this Site is the property of Estilo Colossal or duly identified third parties.<\/li>\n<li>The User may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or attempt to extract source code without authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Trademarks, logos, and other brand features are the property of Estilo Colossal and may not be used without permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5 \u2013 Exclusion of warranties<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Colossal Style does not guarantee that the use of the services will meet the User's expectations, nor that it will be continuous or error-free.<\/li>\n<li>The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Site and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>6 \u2013 Limitation of liability<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Colossal Style is not responsible for damages resulting from advertising or relationships with third-party advertisers.<\/li>\n<li>Changes to or termination of services.<\/li>\n<li>Data loss or corruption.<\/li>\n<li>Misuse of the Account by the User.<\/li>\n<li>Circumstances beyond the company's control (force majeure, technical failures).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7 \u2013 General booking conditions<\/h4>\n<h4>7.1 Scope<\/h4>\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the contract for the provision of accommodation reservation services and tourist services through the Website.<\/p>\n<h4>7.2 Reservations<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer must provide complete and accurate information.<\/li>\n<li>Ao confirmar a reserva, recebe um c\u00f3digo de reserva que deve ser usado em todos os contactos.<\/li>\n<li>For transportation reservations or necessary documents, the Client is responsible for obtaining them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7.3 Benefits, promotions and discounts<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>They may require a promotional code or prepayment.<\/li>\n<li>Any fraudulent use invalidates the discount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7.4 Taxes and Fees<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prices include applicable taxes.<\/li>\n<li>Reservation, change, or cancellation fees may apply as described in the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7.5 Reservation Changes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Changes are subject to express agreement from Estilo Colossal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>8 \u2013 Accommodation<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>VILLALTA:<\/strong> rented in its entirety, with exclusive use of the whole property. Maximum capacity of 11 guests (8 adults + 3 children).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bed configuration:<\/strong> 4 suites with a double bed + 1 bunk bed (with 2 single beds 90x200) + a cave bed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services included:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Private pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge, sun loungers and outdoor shower.<\/li>\n<li>Game room and Bluetooth speaker.<\/li>\n<li>Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, upright freezer, mini cellar, ice maker, dishwasher, complete set of dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils).<\/li>\n<li>Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, clothesline\/drying area).<\/li>\n<li>Overall amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, television in all bedrooms, fireplace, extra blankets, hairdryer, dispensers or basic amenities, lockbox \/ self check-in system).<\/li>\n<li>Families and children (crib, high chair for meals).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedules:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in: from 4 PM<\/li>\n<li>Check-out: until 11:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum stay:<\/strong> To be defined in the Talkguest Channel Manager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Maps link to the property:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/1fHpWY12wGSt5HeX7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Villalta Location<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>9 - Payment<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment is subject to the conditions established and defined in the Talkguest Channel Manager, where you already have your payment gateway set up.<\/li>\n<li>To make a reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total stay cost is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>10 - Cancellation<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date, with a full refund of the deposit.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made after the free 30-day period prior to check-in will result in a 30% deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>For cancellations made within the last 14 days prior to the check-in date, the total reservation amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/li>\n<li>Reservation changes must be requested at least 30 days prior to the originally scheduled check-in date, and are subject to availability and rate adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations must be managed through the official contacts configured directly with Talkguest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>11 \u2013 Deposit<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>For certain reservations, a security deposit may be required to ensure the proper use of the property and to cover any damage, breakage, misuse of the accommodation or missing items found after check-out.<\/li>\n<li>The amount of the security deposit, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking or before check-in.<\/li>\n<li>During special periods and holidays, particularly New Year's Eve, a security deposit of \u20ac1,000 will be required.<\/li>\n<li>In the absence of any issues, the amount will be refunded after check-out, following a property inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>12 \u2013 Impossibility of compliance<\/h4>\n<p>Estilo Colossal will notify you immediately if you are unable to fulfill your obligations due to factors beyond your control.
